Employee Satisfaction Survey

This module focuses on using surveys and activities to learn more about what attitudes, ideas, and goals employees have about the work they are doing in your company. You want to focus on gathering information from your employees about how they view their job, their role in the company, their success, their opportunities. To do this, you can use two surveys and a scoring system to track attitudes and changes from quarter-to-quarter and from year-to-year.

Using surveys in your company is great way to boost morale and increase employee engagement. This month you are going to learn how to use your core values when looking for, interviewing, hiring, and firing employees.
