Leadership Habits: Catch and Recognize Good Performance

This module focuses on the leadership habit of catching and recognizing good performance:

I make a special effort to catch employees doing things right – I recognize/reward good performance when I see it.

I understand my job is to focus more on the employees than the clients.  It is my job to make sure the Team Members focus on the clients.

These 2 leadership habits work together to create an environment where your employees feel appreciated, respected, have good self-esteem, and feel empowered to think of your clients as their job.  Take the time that is necessary to build your people up on the front end, and they will deliver the service that produces happy clients on the back end.

The module is available for instant download and includes

  • Why These Habits? (video)
  • The Caring Chart (video)
  • Catch and Recognize Good Performance (video)
  • Caring Chart (spreadsheet)
  • Core Value Tracker (spreadsheet)
  • Dot Checker (spreadsheet)
