In the Success For Managers group, your Managers will have a place to make new connections and grow as individuals, as well as leaders so they can better contribute to your company.

Weekly Strategic Meeting
We create a game plan for what they'll be doing throughout the week. Then, the following week during out meeting, we will check if they completed those tasks.
1-Hour Open Phone Call
One day a week, there will be an open phone call that the managers can attend to discuss what's bothering them. Then, once a month, they will have another phone call that gives them a chance for a management deep dive.
Deep-dive
If they have a big problem or challenge on their plate, once a month, they will have the opportunity to bring that challenge in front of the group so we can all help brainstorm a solution.
Hot seat
When your manager is in the hot seat, we will find something that they need to do better or invest more time into.
Weekly Education
Every week, your managers will learn new management strategies that will help them excel in your company.
Dream Manager Course
During the first few months of this group, we will help your managers figure out what they care about so they can set goals that are important to them.

I was telling my wife recently how fortunate I am to be able to work regularly with Liz since joining Strategic Success Circles due to her years of experience and knowledge.
