Meet Liz Trotter

Liz Trotter is the founder and CEO of Core Profit Builders, where she helps residential cleaning business owners build professional, profitable companies they are proud to own.

Over the past 30+ years, Liz has built, owned, and scaled multiple residential cleaning companies along with other service-based businesses. Those businesses became the foundation for investing in rental properties and creating long-term wealth—reinforcing her belief that a business should be more than a job. It should become an asset that creates freedom and opens doors to future opportunities.

That philosophy led Liz to create the Align Operating System™ (AOS), a comprehensive operating system designed specifically for residential cleaning companies. AOS provides owners with the structure, leadership systems, and execution tools needed to move from working in the business to leading a business that can grow without depending on them. She also developed the G.E.T.™ (Growth Execution Tool), helping owners turn goals into consistent execution through clarity, focus, planning, and accountability.

As a Certified High Performance Coach with advanced DISC and behavioral psychology training, Liz combines practical business ownership with proven leadership and behavioral science. Rather than teaching theory, she helps owners build businesses that operate professionally, scale intentionally, and create the freedom, impact, and wealth they envisioned when they first decided to become business owners.

It turned out I was so wrong. Over the next 7 days I learned more about my business than I ever had before. I realized my finish line was nowhere near the million-dollar mark.

I created systems I had only dreamed of having. I created some of the best friendships with people who have the same drive and work ethics as myself. After touring Tom’s location and seeing how his operation was set up, it inspired me to continue building my company. I did not even know it was possible to have multiple locations all be run from one primary location! Today I have 3 locations in different cities, and they are all run out of 1 office. We are on point to close 2021 at 2.5 million and I don’t plan on stopping.

Foundations will be my 3rd time going and I guarantee I will learn even more this time. There is so much information to learn and with hard work and dedication you too can level up your company for success. I can’t wait to be inspired again this year at Foundations.
