Liz currently owns and operates Core Profit Builders, which teaches small business owners how to leverage their unique talents to build professional companies. She has held five cleaning companies and is currently the absentee owner of American Maid Service in Olympia, WA. Along with her husband, Tim, Liz is a real estate investor and developer who owns more than 85 rentals.
As a Certified High-Performance Coach and an avid reader (she averages three books a week), Liz uses her extensive behavioral psychology and DISC training to empower entrepreneurs to pursue their dreams and goals more confidently.
Liz’s current passion is teaching strategies of SCALE using her proprietary system, The G.E.T., within Core Profit Builders’ Strategic Success Circles. TRISHA "TC" CORPUS-MYERS
Hi there! I’m Patricia, and I wear many hats – a devoted Christian wife, a loving mother, and a passionate entrepreneur. Family means the world to me, and I’ll do anything to ensure their happiness.
I run not one, but two businesses. One of them is My Elite Clean, where we team up with busy families to make sure their homes are well taken care of, giving them the freedom to focus on what truly matters.
But that’s not all. I also support my husband, a former MLB player, in our baseball organization. Together, we pass on our love for the game to young men while helping them grow both on and off the field.
Beyond the business side of things, my husband Rod and I have big hearts for our family, friends, and community. We believe in making a positive impact wherever we go.
And did I mention, I’m not just about business? I’m a kick-ass cook and a doting abuela (grandmother).
My journey started in Corporate America, where I spent over a decade at Yellow Transportation. I earned my Bachelor’s in Science, minoring in marketing, and went on to complete my MBA.

Rosie Selvaggio is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) and the Founder/Managing Director of Hocus Pocus Cleaning, based in the Lehigh Valley, PA. Rosie takes great pride in blending psychology with entrepreneurship; this benefits her team, their clients, and their community. She finds the most joy and fulfillment in being a wife and mom of three. In her free time, Rosie enjoys traveling, reading, and fantasy football.
As a business coach, Rosie LOVES helping fellow leaders unlock their full potential. She brings a fresh and innovative perspective to stay ahead of the curve- guiding her clients in reaching their goals. When her clients are thriving both professionally and personally, she’s thriving!

“Create Something that I can Walk Away From!” I scribbled onto a piece of paper many years ago after a lot of thought and reflection. You might think this is about owner freedom and stress-free business management. While those are valuable goals that when I let myself, I can now pretty much have that now. This is not what it meant to me when I wrote it so many years ago.
I wasn’t trying to avoid working in or on my business and just have it run itself. I knew myself well enough, I’m a worker at heart. I love working, I love challenges and I love building and fixing things, especially when they are connected with people. I was setting a boundary for myself to make sure I was achieving my real purpose.

A little history: I started in this industry as an employee with my husband Drew for a janitorial company working an evening shift. It didn’t take us long to decide this was the industry for us! We purchased that company shortly after and began learning how in the world to own and run a cleaning company. This journey, from employees to business owner, has taught me invaluable lessons about resilience, strategic growth, and the importance of balancing work with personal life. I’ve experienced firsthand the struggles of managing a business while homeschooling our daughters and maintaining our volunteer work. These insights have equipped me with practical strategies to help you achieve a similar balance and success in your own business.
