Yes. Retake it each quarter to see which pillars moved.
The AOS Diagnostic is a free self-assessment for residential cleaning company owners. It asks two questions for each of the nine pillars of the Align Operating System: Vision, Goal Clarity, Planning, People, Operations, Execution, Data & Finance, Sales and Marketing.
Your answers produce an AOS Score from 0 to 100, scores for the Align, Act and Accelerate phases, and a score for every pillar. The AOS Diagnostic then shows your current level and highlights your biggest gaps.
Use your scores to identify gaps, then choose priorities based on your goals and what needs to happen first. Make each priority a Quarterly Driver: a measurable priority with one owner and weekly actions. Most owners find that improving one or two pillars lifts the others, because the pillars are connected. Better Data & Finance makes pricing decisions easier; stronger People systems make Operations standards stick.
Your answers are scored in your browser. Nothing is sent to us unless you choose to email yourself the roadmap. For extra perspective on planning, free mentoring through SCORE pairs well with your AOS Diagnostic results, and Mastery Circle can help you act on them every week.
