A strong cleaning business needs capable people at every level. Our manager Circles develop supervisors managing the day-to-day work, managers accountable for results, and senior leaders preparing to run the company.

These are different responsibility profiles, not required purchases in sequence and not company‑revenue tiers.
| Circle | Who it is for | Focus |
|---|---|---|

| Build Circle | Managers responsible for people, operations and measurable results | The Learn program with the KPI management component added. |
| Leadership Circle | Senior managers and leaders developing company‑running capability | Leading and managing the people below them, developing other managers, and building the skills to run the company. |

“Liz doesn’t just give you the answers. She asks thoughtful questions and coaches you to find the answers yourself.”
Working with Liz Trotter at Core Profit Builders has made such a difference in my growth as a leader. I started in her Managers Circle, and I’m now the Regional Manager overseeing three locations, each with its own manager who also attends her Managers Circle.
What I appreciate most is that Liz doesn’t just give you the answers. She asks thoughtful questions and coaches you to find the answers yourself, helping you build the confidence and skills to lead your team.
Through our one-on-one coaching, she has helped me grow as a leader and better coach the managers I support. With her guidance, we’ve strengthened our leadership team, improved our day-to-day operations, and created more consistency across all three locations. I’m grateful for how she challenges and supports me, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to grow as a leader!

Promoting someone does not automatically prepare them to manage people, own results, or lead other managers.
Our manager Circles support those different responsibilities: Learn Circle for people and daily operations, Build Circle for management with KPI responsibility, and Leadership Circle for senior leaders developing the capability to run the company.
Choose based on the responsibilities the person holds or is preparing to take on. Learn Circle fits supervisors and managers handling people and daily operations. Build Circle fits managers who are also responsible for measurable results. Leadership Circle fits senior managers and leaders developing the capability to run the company. We can help you identify the right fit.
No. These are different responsibility profiles, not steps you have to buy in order. A manager can enter the Circle that fits their role without purchasing the others first.
No. Build Circle is a manager development Circle. Build is also one of the five AOS levels: Core, Build, Growth, Scale and Leverage. Joining Build Circle does not depend on your company being at the Build level.
Mastery Circle supports owners implementing their own priorities with weekly accountability. Manager Circles develop the supervisors, managers and senior leaders who carry that work with the team.
