About Rosie Selvaggio

Rosie Selvaggio is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) and the Founder/Managing Director of Hocus Pocus Cleaning, based in the Lehigh Valley, PA. Since 2022, Hocus Pocus Cleaning has won a multitude of awards and recognitions, and Rosie was most recently honored as a Lehigh Valley Business’ “Women to Watch”.

Rosie takes great pride in blending her background in psychology and human behavior with entrepreneurship; this benefits her team, the clients they serve, and their community as a whole. Rosie fosters a positive work/life balance, and finds the most joy and fulfillment in being a wife and mom of three. In her free time, Rosie enjoys traveling, reading, and fantasy football.

Once upon a time, Rosie struggled tremendously with employee turnover- no single employee remained with her company more than six total months! Again learning to pivot, she has since invested in continuously educating herself and utilizing the tools she learns to foster a positive work culture where everyone has room to grow and evolve with her company.

After touring Tom’s location and seeing how his operation was set up, it inspired me to continue building my company. I did not even know it was possible to have multiple locations all be run from one primary location! Today I have 3 locations in different cities, and they are all run out of 1 office. We are on point to close 2021 at 2.5 million and I don’t plan on stopping.
